Mamma Mia

On Friday I went with my Mom and my sister to see the best musical ever. Mamma Mia. Entirely Abba Songs. It was so incredibly fun. We went to Palamino for dinner and then walked up to the Paramount for the extravaganza. I had a hard time walking back down to the car in the end. I did not pick my walking shoes. All in all a great night. I don't get to spend time with my family as much as I would like.

Birthday girl

Today is my birthday. Yeah 24! woot! It's fun but little uneventful. We went out for an amazing dinner at the Melting Pot in Seattle. The food was amazing and the experience was so fun. My mom got me a tiffany's bracelet. Rusty got me an aquamarine necklace that matched my earrings from christmas. Very impressed with him.....Today I'm also going to sign back up at the gym. Hopefully I can get back on the wagon.

Valentines day

About a week ago I told Rusty that the best part of Valentines day is spending time with each other, not giving gifts. So on Wednesday, I made Rusty a poster with reeses cups spelling out I heart (shape) U. I also got him a nice card and decorated his car so he'd be suprised in the morning. I know that he liked the stuff I did. Well he came home from work last night with nothing. We are going to a hotel and having a fancy dinner tonight. I don't know if he has something planned for tonight or if he thinks that the night out will suffice. I don't want to be naggy but it would have been nice to get something. I know after a speech like I gave I shouldn't expect anything but still....

Girls Day

I just had such a fun day yesterday. I went out with some girl friends and we did wedding stuff and shopped. I got a killer deal on a pair on real hot black slingbacks. I wanted to wear them out but they didn't go with my outfit. (maybe I should have bought a new outfit....) I helped a friend by trying on bridesmaid dresses for an out of town bridesmaid. I broke the zipper on one of the dresses though which makes a girl feel so good about her body. They had to cut me out of it. I had flashbacks of wedding dress shopping. AHHH! We then had a marathon dinner at the Cheescake Factory. Which I adore. It was so nice to only do unbelievablely girly things all day long.

Voting now

So I just to a quiz on which candidate I match up with and.....John Edwards! I was kinda hoping for Hilary because she has really been impressing me lately. My second runner up was Obama. I really am undecided on which democratic candidate I'm leaning towards. Let the games begin.

test one two

every two weeks I've been taking a pregnancy test. Every two weeks I've been disappointed. I know that these things take time but I just want it so bad. Everytime I try to trick myself by saying "not this time". So far no such luck. Better luck on the 2nd.
